These terms apply to cindara.com — a static informational page about Cindara and the software products we build and operate. Our products are separate services with their own terms; using this site does not create an account, a contract for services, or any customer relationship.

The Cindara name, flame mark, and the content of this site belong to Cindara, as do the names and marks of the products we operate, such as Readylane. You may not reproduce them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission. Linking to the site, quoting it, and fair use are fine.

Links from this site lead to our products' own websites. Each product is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy, which apply instead of these terms once you're there.
